Return & Exchange Policy

Since our products are pre-loved, we encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before ordering. However, we do allow limited returns and exchanges:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.

Timeframe: You must request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and with original packaging.

Process: To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp/email with your order details and photos of the item.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If the requested size/item is available, we will ship the replacement after receiving the return.
